I’m Anique — a facilitator, speaker, and practitioner passionate about nervous system healing, mindfulness, and embodied wellness.
Through retreats, breathwork, and workshops, I help people reconnect with themselves by layering science, presence, and compassion. My path has been anything but linear, and I believe yours doesn’t have to be either.
